After an exhaustive search of the recovered bus, it can be revealed that a message was found written on the window of the bus. Worryingly it would appear that the lives of those in board are in grave danger.
Investigators are currently trying to work out exactly what this means, if you want to help them come along to Elland Road and find out!
It is now six days since the bus originally went missing and no word has been heard from any of those present. Friends of those on the bus have reported mobile phones ringing but not being answered.
There are plenty of theories as to what has happened to them, but no conclusive evidence. The jägerbombers, the whites widow, M62 triangle, the bus driver with a simulator at home, the state of the bus, alcohol, cannibalism. Will we ever find out?
After searching through thousands of hours of CCTV from motorways around the country cameras captured this image of one of the jägerbombers.
Is this Liam at rest before carrying out a hijack of the bus or is he just in a drunken stupor after having too much to drink?
One final thing to report from the search of the bus! Two empty cans of alcohol were found on board. How did they get there? Were they consumed on the bus, or after the match outside the ground whilst waiting for everyone else to get back on board after meeting Leeds legend Andy Hughes.
Police suspected all along, and the can seems to confirm their suspicions, that alcohol had a big part to play in this mysterious day out.
If you want to find out what happened to those on board the missing bus come along and hear their version of events on the bus this Saturday. They may even want to write in and give their story of the events that happened that day to clear their names. Until they do we may never know what happened on that journey.
This Saturday come and see Leeds deliver the message left on the bus, places still available. 11a.m. Cathedral, 11.15 Phoenix Park.
